All brides hope for nice weather on their big day.  This bride got nice weather on her wedding day, like really hot weather.  (It may have closed in on 100 degree temps that afternoon.)  The skies were free of clouds and were the deepest, clearest blue.  The weather was amazing for Jennifer and Jesse's wedding, held on Jesse's family farm in Mason County.  They were a fabulous couple  to work with, and I loved all the vintage style wedding decorations that a lot of time and effort must have gone into.   I wish Jennifer and Jesse all the best!  :)

Competition image! Two tykes in a tub

Here is my entry into the Chic Critique photographer idol competition!!  I took this image in February, on the waterfront in Steilacoom.  It had to have been the most overcast, misty, dreary day, but the mom really wanted her photo session that day, and if mom is okay with mist, then I am ;).  Anyway, the lighting was absolutely perfect for the series on the water, and I love, love, love how this image in particular turned out.
